Appeal hearing on 27th March 2019

 

 

On 1st October 2018, Wrexham County Borough Council refused Planning Permission for:

 

P/2017/1032 (Planning Inspectorate Reference H6955/A/18/3216187)

Application for removal of condition number 14 of Planning Permission P/2014/0781 to allow the processing in the region of 1,000,000 birds per week

 

P/2017/1037 (Planning Inspectorate Reference H6955/A/18/3216188)

Application for removal of condition number 11 of Planning Permission P/2017/0165 to allow the processing in the region of 1,000,000 birds per week

 

P/2017/1038 (Planning Inspectorate Reference H6955/A/18/3216190)

Application for removal of condition number 11 of Planning Permission P/2015/0838 to allow the processing in the region of 1,000,000 birds per week

 

An Inspector has been appointed by the Minister for Environment, Sustainability and Housing, one of the Welsh Ministers, to determine the appeal. The appeal will be held on Wednesday 27th March 2019 in Memorial Hall, Bodhyfryd, Wrexham LL12 7AG, commencing at 10am. Please report on arrival to reception, to be shown to the hearing room. Facilities for the disables are available at the hearing venue.

 

Members of the public may attend the hearing and, at the discretion of the Inspector, may give their views.

 

The Inspector has decided that the matter to be considered at the event is:

Whether the disputed conditions are reasonable and necessary having regard to any effect on highway safety and the living conditions of nearby residents, particularly in terms of any odour, noise or other disturbance. No other matters will be discussed at the Hearing.
